Refund policy

Because each item is personalized for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do fix problems on our side.

Misprinted or damaged items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or incorrect, write to cs@magicinprints.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the item.

Changes and cancellations

You can ask to change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, production has started and we cannot change it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
